Founders Story (tl;dr)

In 2016, Boris, Darko, Bojan, and Oliver quit their corporate life to dive into the idea they’d been talking about for ages — building a company that reflects their values and standards. They were determined to provide clients with premium service and create an environment where their people could thrive and embrace diversity. The idea wasn’t to compete with the tech giants’ brands and perks but to deliver a superior culture with method: listen and act. A strong culture enabled the team to trust everyone to do the right thing without overwhelming corporate processes. This way, they began nurturing employees who are independent, entrepreneurial, and innovative.
Fast forward, and BM has grown to 75 amazing people. In 2020, amazing things happened. The story behind BM started to attract engineering experts, resulting in higher than industry average working experience (7+ years). Additionally, Digital Knights welcomed BM within the top 7% of companies that passed their due diligence and became certified partners. At the end of 2020, Clutch ranked BM among the top 1% of global business service providers and the best B2B service provider in the region. Today, the BM team is still committed to the highest standards of excellence and is driven by innovation. We’ve been working with clients of all sizes and developing strategic partnerships with world-leading tech providers, such as Microsoft and other market leaders. We’re proud to be referenced as “startup builders” with more than seven unicorns in our client portfolio. Portfolio also consists of five award-winning software products. We’ve just scratched the surface of what we can achieve with such a great team.
